Recent land transactions in the Liberty Park area suggests more homes for the residential component of a master planned urban development are on the way.

The BBJ previously reported the Vestavia Hills City Council approved development plans for roughly 800 acres to include 102,000 square feet of commercial, mixed-use development, a master-planned residential community, a future school site and public gathering areas and green space. The development is called The Bray.
