Over the past few weeks, we’ve shared glimpses into three gorgeous homes in the Liberty Park community: The Essex, The Lowery, and The Miner. Now, we’re excited to take a closer look inside the heart of each home… the kitchens!
We’re getting the inside designer details from Erin Dunavant of SWAG Home Staging & Design, who bedecked each kitchen with unique style and function. Click through the photos for details on paint color, cabinets, countertops and more, and keep reading …for an overall look at each kitchen.
1) The Essex
The bright, fresh colors in this kitchen immediately welcome you as soon as you step foot inside the home. Standout features include the blue-green tile backsplash (click through photos for product details) and the grand center island. Erin accented the island with a lagoon blue paint, which adds an unexpected splash of personality to the kitchen.
Erin’s favorite feature? The bar sink—it’s great for entertaining… or easy cleanup after the kids gather for breakfast before school.
2) The Lowery
Whoever said kitchens should be all white hasn’t been inside The Lowery. These warm colors are so inviting and add character to the spacious home. Distinctive details include the industrial bronze lighting fixtures, frosted glass upper cabinet doors, and of course, that bold, natural wood beam that separates the kitchen from the living room.
Erin’s favorite feature? The wine room, which is hidden behind a sliding barn door. Check out that roll-out wine rack, mini fridge, and open shelving—this is a wine lover’s dream!
3) The Miner
The open floor plan of this kitchen begs for holiday celebrations and football viewing parties—we can just picture family and friends gathering around the exposed brick island for regular get-togethers. We especially love the brick accent wall surrounding the spacious pantry and the Ubatuba granite countertops.
Erin’s favorite feature? The cinnamon-stained hardwood flooring, which was custom-produced for this home.
