A new housing development in Liberty Park will bring more than 50 new homes online in the Birmingham metro area.

Lifescape Builders LLC will build 52 new homes in the Vestavia Hills community, which will make up the new Forest Hills neighborhood, according to a press release issued by Liberty Park Monday.

“This neighborhood has an ideal location for access to recreational venues and our highly rated schools,” said Shawn Arterbum, vice president of real estate development for Liberty Park Joint Venture LLP. “Forest Hills will be connected by sidewalks and have easy access to one of three Sicard Hollow entrances.”

Located off Sincard Hollow Road, the new development will feature homes from the high $300,000 range to the low $500,000 range.

A three-acre park will serve as the neighborhood’s centralized green space.

Buyers will get to choose from a variety of floor plans on the lots.

Lifescape Builders is offering 11 new home designs for the community.

“We researched what home buyers want in design and amenities and have a portfolio perfectly suited to this neighborhood,” said Josh Sexton, with Lifescape Builders.
